Whats the price on one of the apartments in the tallest building?
Its risen recently - around AED 3500 / sf or around a US$1000/ sf
is it true that construction on the talled building has been delayed?

By the way, i also read somewhere they are planning a big New Year's party on Dec 31 2008 at the Burj Dubai!
that is still cheaper than Versace Palazzo that is selling around AED 5000/sf

Yes it is a tourist hotspot but will be even more in a couple of years when most of its developments are built.
Its a different type of vacation more like a vegas withour a casino. Much about the city, malls, hotels, etc.

I am based in Holland and am also interested in buying/investing in Dubai. Is it true that if I fill out the form on dubaibuy.info it will be sent to several real estate companies that will call and bid for me? What if my bid is too low? And what about other travelling options like hotel and airlines?

I think Dubai is an amazing city, and it will be as big as Tokyo in the year 2020, if not bigger.
Dubais property is increasing and after the property increase tyhere will definitely be some increase in the land price aswell!!
